= Examples bundled with Elnode = There are a bunch of examples of using Elnode in the GitHub repository. == Interactive Javascript Mode == Is a Javascript shell done via Elnode. It shows how you can hook the running Emacs and the remote browser together, quite easily. The Elnode handler uses comet to wait for a Javascript string and when it gets one evaluates it and sends it back. A {{{comint}}} shell collects the input to send to the browser. It works quite well and shows how you can easily tie Emacs and the browser together with Elnode. == Chat == Another comet application serves a chat system with Elnode. A comet handler hangs waiting for messages to be typed by someone else. The clients have to be web browsers right now but could easily be Emacs clients as well. This is actually the basis for [[http://teamchat.net|TeamChat.net]], the IRC based ChatOps tool.
